Court date set for teenager accused of Bailey Gwynne death
Crown Office says teenager set for appearance at High Court in Glasgow in connection with death of 16 year old at an Aberdeen school
A teenager charged with murder following the death of a 16-year-old boy at an Aberdeen school is expected to appear in court again next month.
Bailey Gwynne died in hospital of his injuries following the incident on October 28.
A 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, first appeared in private at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on October 30 and was charged with murder.
A preliminary hearing has been set for the High Court in Glasgow on February 23, the Crown Office said.
