Second man arrested on suspicion of murder of Olivia Pratt-Korbel

Merseyside Police are questioning a second man on suspicion of murdering the 9-year-old

Merseyside Police have arrested a 33-year-old man from Dovecot on suspicion of the murder of nine year-old Olivia Pratt-Korbel.

The man was also arrested on suspicion of two counts of attempted murder.

He was arrested by armed officers on Lunsford Road, Dovecot, this afternoon (Friday, 26th August).

He has been taken to a police station where he will be questioned by detectives.

Olivia was shot in on Monday night after a gunman chased two other men into her home.

Earlier today, police confirmed they had arrested a 36-year-old man from Huyton last night on suspicion of Olivia's murder, and two counts of attempted murder.

Police say the investigation in to Olivia's tragic murder is ongoing and they still need to build up a strong evidential picture so to bring those responsible to justice. Anyone with information is asked to DM @MerPolCC or contact @CrimestoppersUK on 0800 555 111.
