Police make fresh appeal for information over Adam Ellison murder
An appeal was aired on the Crimewatch Roadshow this morning
Police investigating the murder of Adam Ellison in Prescot say they believe a motorbike used by his killer may have been sold since the attack.
29 year old Adam was stabbed as he walked home from a night out with friends last November.
It's after he became involved in a row with a group of men on two scrambler bikes.
Officers are looking for a Green and White Kawasaki off road motorbike.
Arrests have been made since his death but no one has been charged.
Today the BBC's Crimewatch Roadshow aired a fresh appeal for information as police continue to find those responsible.
Speaking to the programme, Detective Chief Inspector John Middleton said: "We have information to suggest that the bike was sold on after the murder"
"Someone might have actually purchased this motorcycle not knowing what it had been involved in"
Detectives have also released CCTV Images of a woman they would like to speak to who was in the Old Mill Pub that night
