Mum of Bobby Colleran receives award for road safety campaign

The mum of a Merseyside boy knocked down and killed outside his school has received an award for her road safety campaigning this morning
Joanne Colleran's son Bobby died when he was hit by a van outside his primary in West Derby
As a result, she teamed up with us for our Slow Down For Bobby campaign - and today she's been given an award from the school safety group Ice Cat
Jo said "I'm very stunned, and honoured to receive it. Icecats is just a big thing, something that my boys have learned from, it's amazing"
