Man left with serious injuries after Wirral crash
50 year old taken to hospital
Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Wirral which the rider of a motor scooter suffered serious injuries.
The incident happened at 2.10pm on Monday 10 July at the junction of Noctorum Avenue and Pine Tree Avenue, Noctorum between a blue Vauxhall Astra and an orange Vespa scooter.
The scooter rider, a man in his 50s, suffered injuries to his head and body, which were described as serious but not life threatening, and he was taken to hospital for treatment.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene and is assisting police with enquiries.
