More than 100 tractors decorated with lights and even a snow machine, are making their way through Liverpool tonight (Sunday 19 December).

Last year the event was organised within a week and loads of people turned out to see the convoy, which raised £43,000 for charity.

Olly Harrison's the man behind it all, he said:

"This year we've got even more tractors and everyone's pushed the boat out a bit more with the lights.

"(Last year) it was great. As a farmer you don't really get to see your customers and those people that were lining the streets buy our produce all year round, so it was nice to give something back to them for supporting UK agriculture.

"I can't imagine what response we might have this year, if you imagine how big it was last year, and this year people have had a few months to know the date and get prepared for it."

The convoy starts at 6.15pm in Tarbock Green and then the tractors will head past Alder Hey. They're even dropping off donations for fans supporting foodbanks on the way to the city centre too.

The procession is expected to pass through town between 7.45pm and 8.15pm.

There's also a tracker on the tractors so you can see whereabouts they are on the route @agricontract on instagram.

The funds raised will go to Alder Hey Children's Charity. If you'd like to make a donation, you can do so here: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/FestiveFarmers
