Family pay tribute to "much loved" Tony Carroll
The family of a man hit by a police car attending an emergency call on Christmas Day in Liverpool say the tragedy has devastated them all.
70 year old Tony Carroll was knocked down as he crossed Scotland Road just before 7pm on December the 25th.
The crash has been reported to the watchdog the Independent Office for Police Conduct
Paying tribute his family said "Tony was a much loved brother and uncle and will be greatly missed by all his family"
