More than 250,000 people are now backing a Liverpool family's campaign to make cannabis oil legal.

11 year old Oliver Smale suffers up to 20 epileptic fits a day.

His parents say cannabis oil reduces the seizures drastically.

Oliver's mum Jen said: "We've seen massive improvements."

"I have the up most respect for Oliver's doctors and nurses. Why make their job any harder, by not giving him the medicine that basically can make people better"

"I've seen the evidence in the cannabis oil, just let the doctors do their jobs"

Now a quarter of a million people have now signed their petition calling for it to be legalised and made available on the NHS.

The Government say they're reviewing cannabis for medical use after some children were given licenses to take it
