The debut album of Warrington band Viola Beach has been released posthumously today as a lasting tribute.

All four members of the band, Kris, River, Jack and Tomas alongside their manager Craig died in February when their car plunged into a canal in Sweden.

The boys families have compiled a nine track LP to keep their memory alive.

Becky Ayers from Sound City "They had a really distinct sound and I think that will live on."

"They're very inspirational to other artists as well."
