Two in court over Liverpool dad's murder
Two people are appearing in court charged with conspiracy to murder Liverpool man Mark Hillman.
Detectives investigating the fatal shooting of Mark Hillman in Everton on 27 April have charged two men with conspiracy to commit murder. Connor Hunt, 18, of Armley Road, Anfield and Brandon Bilsborough, 18, of Newcombe Street, Anfield have been remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool and Knowsley Magistrates Court this morning.
Mark Hillman died after he was shot on Lloyd Close in Everton.
The dad of two - who had a third child on the way - was killed just hours after he had been released from hospital after having his face slashed earlier on that day.
Several men and women have been questioned on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder and assisting an offender but these are the first charges in the case.
