Detectives believe that 27-year-old James Edward Brown, whose last known address was Gloucester Road North, Tuebrook, could have vital information after a number of firearms were recovered by officers during a search of industrial units at Studholme Street, Kirkdale on 12 November 2015.
Brown is described as white, 5ft 9in tall, with a broad build, dark brown hair and brown eyes.
