The University also climbed four places in the national table, and now sits within the top fifth of all universities surveyed, jointly sharing a position with the University of York.
The annual looked at factors like teaching, the campus environment and facilities.

“Student wellbeing is at the heart of what we do here at Edge Hill, with more than £250million invested in improving the campus environment over the past decade. It is therefore very gratifying to see this reflected by our students in the THE UK Student Experience Survey,”
“In the next twelve months Edge Hill will add a new £13million technology hub, additional student Halls of Residences which will provide 168 new single-study en-suite bedrooms, and will further develop the Geosciences building.”
Now in its 11th year, the THE Student Experience Survey compares student experience on aspects of university life that matter most to them.
