WATCH: Miley Breaks Down After Dedicating Song to Her Dog
Miley Cyrus broke down during her show in Boston last night following the death of her dog Floyd earlier this week.
It's been a tough week for Miley Cyrus following the death of her pet dog and companion, Floyd, late last week.
The 21-year-old singer dedicated a cover of a popular Fleetwood Mac song to their memories together while performing at a gig in Boston Last night. The emotion appeared to overwhelm the singer who bravely held back tears throughout the performance.
"I just wanna do a song for him," Cyrus told the crowd. "We used to always listen to Fleetwood Mac together, it's his favourite song... so I wanna do this song for Floyd."
Floyd died while Miley was on the road on the North American leg of her Bangerz World Tour. The cause of death is currently unknown.
The performer will bring her concert to the UK next month, starting at London's O2 Arena on May 6.
