There are many ways you can listen to CFM from online, to our app, on FM and DAB, here's our complete guide to how to listen.
We've made some changes to improve your listening experience, and you'll now need to log in to listen to CFM online, on our app and on Alexa-enabled devices.
From April 2023, CFM will be changing to Greatest Hits Radio Cumbria and South West Scotland and will be bringing you new shows and different music as well as the usual local news. You can read more about the change below.
CFM is changing to Greatest Hits Radio Cumbria and South West Scotland
From April 2023, CFM will become Greatest Hits Radio Cumbria and South West Scotland, where you'll be able to listen to iconic presenters like Robbie Dee, Simon Mayo, Jackie Brambles, Martin Kemp, Jenny Powell, and Kate Thornton, and hear the greatest hits of the 70s, 80s and 90s.
If you'd rather listen to the biggest throwbacks and biggest hits from the 90s to today, as well as shows from Fleur East, Sam Thompson, Gemma Atkinson and Mike Toolan, you'll be able to tune into Hits Radio Cumbria.
For now though, you can keep listening to CFM as normal. Find out more about the move to Greatest Hits Radio and what it means for you.
How do I log in to listen to CFM?
If you've already got an account, all you need to do is click the big 'sign in' button at the top right hand corner of the website, on the app, you will be prompted to sign in upon opening.
If you don't already have a Gem Radio or Planet Radio account, on the browser you'll need to head to the ‘sign in’ button in the corner to create an account, or follow the instructions when prompted the next time you access the website or app.
What are the benefits to being logged in to CFM?
We’re glad you asked! When you are logged in, we can offer you the best service possible. This includes full access to our on-demand content, ability to subscribe to our shows and be notified of new shows, plus you can also ‘Continue Listening’ by picking up where you left off, even if you are on a different device.

Can I listen to CFM in the car?
You can listen to CFM on 96.4FM, 102.2FM, 102.5FM, 103.4FM and on DAB with a low-cost DAB converter or adapter. You can also download the CFM App on your phone and connect to us via Bluetooth or USB connector, type in 'CFM' into your App store on your phone and you can download the App for free.
