Carlisle welcomes Paloma Faith this summer

It's Cumbria's first big concert announcement of the year! Carlisle Racecourse is to play host to one of the UK biggest music stars of the moment. Paloma Faith will be headlining an open-air concert on Saturday 7th July.

She's recently just scored her first number one album with 'The Architect' and is currently enjoying success with her latest single 'Til I'm Done' which we're playing a lot just now on CFM.

This year, she has been nominated for a BRIT award in the Best British Female category too.

Paloma is a fan of the summer and is hoping for a nice day to perform in Carlisle. She says "I love summertime and I love outdoor shows so to be able to perform on a - hopefully - sunny evening at the course is something I’m very much looking forward to’" The general manager at Carlisle Racecourse, Geraldine McKay is also looking forward to the concert saying "We are all extremely excited to welcome Paloma Faith to the track in 2018; we all believe she is a fantastic performer and cannot wait to see her show."

Tickets to see Paloma Faith go on sale at 8am this Friday with a presale available to customers at 8am on Wednesday 31st January from here.
