Aberdeen face Morton at Hampden on Saturday, October 22, with Rangers and Celtic going head to head at the national stadium a day later.
SPFL chief executive Neil Doncaster said: "We are pleased to be able to announce the information for this season's Betfred Cup semi-finals, following agreement with all four clubs and other parties involved, including our valued broadcast rights holder for the competition, BT Sport.
"We are all looking forward to two fantastic games and hope supporters of all four clubs enjoy lots of entertaining football."
The competing clubs will announce ticket sale information via their own channels in due course.
