A Leeds mum of three has died in Turkey after travelling to the country for cosmetic surgery.

Tributes to Leah Cambridge are flooding in on social media.

Her devastated partner has said her family are still waiting for answers'' over the tragedy.

Leah Cambridge, 29, is said to have died after undergoing a Brazilian butt lift'' at a clinic that boasts celebrity clientele.

The procedure, which reshapes the buttocks by transferring fat from areas including the stomach and back, has become an increasingly popular technique for achieving an hourglass figure.

The beautician from Leeds is reported to have travelled to a clinic in the city of Izmir for the £3,000 operation.

Her partner, Scott Franks, 31, said he had been left a broken man and warned others considering going under the knife to think about the risks.

Scott told Radio Aire people need to be aware of situations that can happen with this treatment.

Hundreds of people have taken to social media to write heartfelt messages. One friend wrote "Absolutely heartbroken. Leah our beautiful, kind, loving, genuine & talented best friend. The most amazing Mum to her boys".

Another reads: "loosing a beautiful best friend to many has just put so many things into perspective we are truly broken".

"Honestly such a beautiful young woman with a beautiful family my heart aches for Scott Franks and his beautiful boys and the rest of there family it honestly does".

The family are still waiting for answers and are also trying to get a flight to bring Leah home.
