Leeds United publish their retained and released list
Leeds United have released their retained list for the 2017/18 season - which has now been submitted to the EFL.
The club have announced Pablo Hernandez's contract has automatically been renewed for another season due to the amount of games he featured in during the 2016/17 campaign.
Charlie Taylor has also been offered a new two-year contract. In line with EFL regulations, he now has one month from today’s date to accept.
New one year deals have been offered to Eoghan Stokes and Tom Pearce. The club has also exercised their option to extend deals for Conor Shaughnessy and Romario Vieria.
Loan-ee Kyle Bartley is set to return to his parent club Swansea City with his loan deal coming to an end. It's not been confirmed whether the club will approach the player for him to remain at the Leeds side for a longer period.
The following players current loan deals at Leeds United will also expire shortly and will return to their parent clubs:
Modou Barrow
Matt Grimes
Alfonso Pedraza
Hadi Sacko
