Chris Brown has revealed the release date of his upcoming sixth album 'X'.
Chris Brown has announced the release date of his sixth studio album, 'X', via his personal twitter account, stating that it is his 'best album yet'.
'"X" is by far my best album yet.... Setting the date for MAY 5' he tweeted on Saturday night.
Chris also tweeted what appears to be the accompanying artwork for the album; a red cross over a monochrome image of his face.
Amoung some of those rumoured to have collaborated with Chris on the new album is Ariana Grande.
The album, which was previously titled 'Carpe Diem', has experienced a number of delays throughout its production. Most notably after Chris suffered a seizure as a result of fatigue and stree while in the studios recording the album.
Chris has also revealed this week that he will be extending his stay in rehab. He is now expected to check out of the facility soon, although the exact timeline is not yet known.
