Downton Abbey star Michelle Dockery is devastated to have lost her fiancé to a rare form of cancer.
A national magazine said she abandoned a US promotional tour to spend the last few days with John Dineen in Ireland.
The actress, who plays widowed Lady Mary Crawley in the period drama, was there for his final hours when the 34-year-old died.
The pair got engaged this year after dating since 2013.
The final ever episode of Downton Abbey will be shown on Christmas Day.
