We’re absolutely delighted to announce that The Skin Show is back for a third season on Absolute Radio this autumn.

Hosted by Skunk Anansie singer and bona fide rock icon Skin, the critically acclaimed show returns at 10pm on Sunday 26th September 2021 for a new six-part season.

The Skin Show features an ultra-eclectic playlist from Skin’s vast record collection as she regales stories behind the songs. Alongside taking listeners on a musical journey, Skin shares candid memories from three decades of touring, working in the music industry and beyond.

Reflecting the diverse playlist, guests on the first two seasons of The Skin Show have included Annie Lennox, Paul Weller, Blondie’s Debbie Harry, The Smashing Pumpkins’ Billy Corgan, Garbage’s Shirley Manson, Rag'n'Bone Man, Bloc Party’s Kele Okereke, and Joan Armatrading.

In fact, there were so many legendary special guests that Absolute Radio launched the Skin Tings podcast featuring the full interviews. Listen to the Skin Tings podcast.

The Skin Show has been nominated for two prestigious awards in the past year - Best Radio Show at The Music Week Awards, and New York Radio Festival Award for Best Radio presenter.
