The BRIT Awards 2020: Full nominations list revealed

The nominations for the BRIT Awards 2020 were revealed tonight (11th January) on The BRITs Are Coming live TV special.
Scottish singing phenomenon Lewis Capaldi and rapper Dave both dominate the BRITs nominations with four prestigious nods apiece.
Lewis and Dave both go head-to-head in the Male Solo Artist of the Year, New Artist of the Year, Song of the Year and Mastercard Album of the Year categories.
Other artists vying for a gong at 40th anniversary BRIT Awards ceremony at The O2 in London on Tuesday 18th February 2020 include Coldplay, Foals and Bastille who are all in the running for the Group of the Year.
On the back of a truly sensational year, Sam Fender is up for New Artist of the Year, Lana Del Rey is nominated for the International Female Solo Artist award and The Boss himself, Bruce Springsteen, is up for International Male Solo Artist alongside Irish singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy.
Tom Walker is up for song of the year with ‘Just You and I’ where he takes on the likes of Stormzy, Calvin Harris & Rag'N'Bone Man and Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber.
Tonight’s The BRITs Are Coming show was presented by host Alice Levine and saw some exclusive performances from an array of artists including the aforementioned Dermot Kennedy.

So far, the only artist confirmed to perform at The BRIT Awards 2020 is the Rising Star recipient Celeste. More acts will be revealed in due course.
