York’s prodigal sons Shed Seven will hit the road throughout November and December 2021 on an extensive headline tour.
Celebrating the 25th anniversary of their breakthrough second studio album ‘A Maximum High’ earlier this month, Shed Seven have now confirmed they will embark on the Another Night, Another Town: The Greatest Hits Live Tour.
Featuring their greatest hits and fan favourites, the tour will open at Aberdeen Music Hall on Thursday 25th November and call in at Glasgow, Newcastle, Sheffield, Hull, Liverpool, Leicester, Norwich, Cambridge, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Oxford, Brighton, Bristol and London before culminating with two shows at Leeds O2 Academy on Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st December 2021.
Joining Shed Seven on tour are special guests MCH - the new venture by Mark Morriss (The Bluetones), Nigel Clark (Dodgy) and Chris Helme (The Seahorses) who have come together as Morriss, Clark and Helme. The trio are working on new music, which will be unveiled later this year.
Tickets to Shed Seven’s UK tour go on sale from Absolute Radio Tickets at 9am on Thursday 29th April 2021.
Shed Seven singer Rick Witter says of the tour: “After what has been going on in the world, we can’t wait to get out there and play what has become a biennial Christmas tradition in ‘Shedcember’.
“You can expect the usual set, full of our hits, with a few surprises thrown in, and we can’t wait to hit the road. See you down the front.”
