Liam Gallagher announces huge Knebworth gig and new album 'C'mon You Know'

Liam Gallagher has announced his third studio album ‘C’mon You Know’ and a massive gig on the hallowed turf of Knebworth.

The Oasis icon’s new record ‘C’mon You Know’ is released on Friday 27th May 2022 and Liam will be hoping it’s his fourth consecutive chart-topper following his previous Number 1 solo albums ‘As You Were’ (2017), ‘Why Me? Why Not’ (2019) and his 2020 live release ‘MTV Unplugged (Live at Hull City Hall).’

The accompanying ‘C’mon You Know’ artwork features a black-and-white image of Liam standing amongst a throng of adoring fans at a concert.

26 years on from Oasis’ fabled two concerts at Knebworth, which are the subject of the current documentary film Oasis Knebworth 1996, Liam Gallagher will play the biggest solo headline show of his career at the fabled Hertfordshire location next summer.

The concert at Knebworth Park takes place eight days after the release of 'C'mon You Know' on Saturday 4th June 2022, and Liam will be joined by Kasabian, Michael Kiwanuka, Fat White Family and Goat Girl on the line-up.

Liam says: "I'm absolutely buzzing to announce that on 4th June 2022 I'll be playing Knebworth Park. It's gonna be biblical. C'mon You Know. LG x"

Tickets to Liam Gallagher’s Knebworth Park gig go on sale from Absolute Radio Tickets at 10am on Friday 8th October 2021.

The Knebworth gig follows a triumphant series of concerts for Liam in recent months including Reading & Leeds, a free gig for NHS workers at London’s The O2, TRNSMT, and a headline slot at Isle of Wight Festival.

Liam was forced to postpone his final show of the year at Ormeau Park in Belfast as he broke his nose falling out of a helicopter after his Isle of Wight Festival performance.
