After 13 long years away, Genesis officially reunited on Wednesday (4th March). With Steve Hackett and Peter Gabriel not taking part in the reunion, the Genesis trio of Phil Collins (vocals), Mike Rutherford (bass/guitar) and Tony Banks (keyboards) will be joined by guitarist Daryl Stuermer and Phil’s teenage son Nic Collins on drums at the shows.
Genesis’ last live concert took place at The Hollywood Bowl in California on 13th October 2007 as part of their global trek entitled Turn It On Again: The Tour.
Their last UK shows were at Twickenham Stadium, Old Trafford Football Stadium and Live Earth London in July of that year.
