Chart-conquering pop troubadour Ed Sheeran has announced a massive UK stadium tour for summer 2022.
The + - = ÷ x Tour (pronounced ‘The Mathematics Tour’) is Ed Sheeran’s first headline trek in three years and it will see Ed play shows in the UK, Ireland, Central Europe and Scandinavia.
Following Irish shows in Cork and Limerick, Ed Sheeran opens the UK leg of the + - = ÷ x Tour at Belfast Boucher Road Playing Fields on Thursday 12th May 2022, before he plays two nights at Cardiff Principality Stadium (Thu 26th and Fri 27th May).
In June, Ed will perform two nights at Sunderland Stadium of Light (Fri 3rd and Sat 4th), Manchester Etihad Stadium (Fri 10th and Sat 11th) and Glasgow Hampden Park (Thu 16th and Fri 17th).
Ed Sheeran will then conclude his UK tour with a three-night residence at London’s world-famous Wembley Stadium on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th June, and Friday 1st July.

Ed Sheeran’s ÷ Tour from 2017 to 2019 set two world records – the highest grossing tour of all time and the most tickets sold (8.796 million).
The 2022 dates will be the first chance see Ed Sheeran perform songs from his new album ‘=’, which lands on Friday 29th October. Fans will also experience a new production set-up with Ed’s staging in the round, surrounded by the crowd in each stadium.
