The Pretenders are supporting GNR on their North American tour

Chrissie Hynde joined Guns N' Roses onstage on Monday (21 August), for a run through ‘Bad Obsession’ at Boston’s Fenway Park.
The Pretenders have been supporting Guns N’ Roses on the current North American leg of their world tour.
Hynde didn’t sing but did play harmonica on the ‘Use Your Illusion’-era song.

At this year’s Glastonbury, Dave Grohl provided a link between the artists, making a guest with Guns N' Roses for ‘Paradise City’ at the close of their set and also making an appearing on drums for The Pretenders.
“Apparently there’s a drunk guy backstage…he insists on playing,” Hynde joked with the crowd before Grohl appeared.
Guns N’ Roses recently gave a debut live performance to new song ‘Perhaps’.

They are also planning to release another new song called ‘The General’, which will be released as the B-side to the 7-inch vinyl version of ‘Perhaps’.
The single is set for release on 27th October this year.
