The Long Road Festival 2022 line-up

Lou has your No Repeat Guarantee every weekday afternoon 1pm – 4pm, and we've asked her who she thinks you absolutely cannot miss at this year's festival!

Check out Lou Nash's top 5 must-see artists at The Long Road Festival 2022:

1. Priscilla Block

“I’m SO looking forward to seeing Priscilla Block at The Long Road. She is such a breath of fresh air in the world of country – she doesn’t conform to traditional “country girl” stereotypes and is wonderfully unapologetic about it.”

“Priscilla. is sassy and fun, but her music is also full of emotion and so relatable! I can’t wait to hear ‘My Bar’, ‘Thick Thighs’ and ‘Just About Over You’.”

2. Cassadee Pope

“Cassadee Pope is one of those artists who can do a bit of everything, from punk to country-pop, but I love her acoustic stuff best.”

“I’m hoping Let Me Go is on her setlist, it’s so raw and full of emotion. And what a bonus it would be if Chris Young sneaks her back up on stage during his set so they can perform ‘Think of You’ together!"

3. LOCASH

“LOCASH are the perfect festival band! Their music is just made for being performed in a field on a hot summer’s day, accompanied by a cold beer and dancing with your mates!”

“If you’re up for a party then you can’t miss their set!”

4. Rissi Palmer

“I discovered Rissi Palmer when she got involved in our Women of Country documentary series earlier this year.”

“Rissi is an inspirational artist who has paved the way for so many other black artists to break into the country scene.”

“I’m so excited that she’s heading over to the UK and I can’t wait to see her on The Front Porch as she presents ‘Color Me Country’.”

5. Benjamin Francis Leftwich

“Benjamin Francis Leftwich is a British artist who I’ve loved for a few years. His sound is so mellow and beautiful, he’s going to sound incredible on the Front Porch.”

“My advice is to grab some snacks and a picnic blanket and take the opportunity to have some chill time in the midst of all the festival madness while you soak up his set.”

“Listen out for ‘Atlas Hands’, it’s sublime!”
