Country music writer, singer, and now your host of Absolute Radio Country. Get to know Una Healy with our quick Q&A right here...

Name three of your all-time top 10 country/pop songs?

Shania Twain – 'You’re Still The One'

Carrie Underwood - 'Before He Cheats'

Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper – 'Shallow'

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

It would have to be one from my original music idol Sheryl Crow - ‘All I Wanna Do’.

Do you have any rituals which you must do before you start a show?

You’ve got to warm up your voice, so I have a massive sing-along to the station in the car on the way to the studio.

How tall are you?

I am 5ft 6.

What’s your most treasured possession?

In life it’s all about family and friends - but if I had to name something other than that it would be my award for reaching Number 1 in the UK Charts with The Saturdays!

I love country because...

I just love how country songs all tell a story, along with their infectious melodies and instrumentation. It’s so pure and real. I am a sucker for emotional songs and I tend to write my own music in this way.

The song that got me into county...

Probably 'I Will Always Love You'. I first learned to play guitar when I was 12-years-old and this was the first song I learned to play and sing at the same time... G, Em, C and D the whole way! The person that got me into country music would be my uncle Declan Nerney. He is one of Ireland’s biggest country music stars and I am very proud of all he has achieved. He is a legend both on and off the stage!

New country artists I’m really excited about...

I am a big fan of Brett Young and I was so lucky to record a duet version of his huge US hit 'In Case You Didn’t Know'.

The artist I’ll always come back to is...

Sheryl Crow... She was probably my biggest musical influence growing up.

Best song for a long drive?

'Free Bird' by Lynyrd Skynyrd as it is really timeless and has an amazing climax to the guitar solo at the end that lasts for almost 10 minutes.
