The Long Road announces first 48 names for 2023

The music extravaganza returns on the August Bank Holiday weekend

The Long Road has announced the first 48 names for 2023 including two headliners.

After a wildly successful year in 2022, The Long Road brings the finest country, Americana and roots music to the fields of Stanford Hall in Leicestershire on the Bank Holiday weekend of Friday 25th to Sunday 27th August 2023.

Headlining the Rhinestone main stage this summer are Californian country icon Jon Pardi in his UK debut, and southern rock powerhouses Blackberry Smoke.

Other acts announced today include Eli Young Band, Margo Price, Nickel Creek, Sierra Ferrell, Breland, Tenille Townes, Rissi Palmer, Chapel Hart, Beaux Gris Gris & The Apocalypse, Joshua Ray Walker, Charlotte Clark and Jackson Dean.

Completing the first wave of artists are Aoife O’Donova, Arlo McKinley, Caleb Caudle, Color Me Country All Stars, Danny & The Champions of the World, Emily Scott Robinson, First Time Flyers, Foreign Affairs, Gabe Lee, Georgia Webster, Hannah White, Jill Andrews, Katy Hurt, Kelsey Waldon, Kezia Gill, Malin Pettersen, Matt Hodges, Michael B Whit, Miko Marks, Native Harrow, Paris Adams, Robbie Cavanagh, Rooftop Assembly, Sacha, Steady Habits, The Hanging Stars, The Homecoming String Band, The Often Herd, Tim Hicks, Tommy Prine, Two Ways Home and Will Hoge.

In addition to the incredible music line-up, The Long Road will offer a range of fun activities for families of all ages and vendors selling incredible stateside street food featuring the very best in the art of true BBQ style and campfire cooking, plus hot dog eating competitions and more. Fans of custom hot rods and chevy trucks will love the Lucky Dice Classic Car & Bike Show, held next to a beautiful lake for wild swimming and space for Dog Recreation with our four-legged festival friends.

At TLR there’s a wealth of games and fun activities fit for all ages, with everything from Cornholing to Countryoke, Archery to Axe-throwing, Boat Making to Tractor Racing, and Country Olympics to Hoedown Aerobics, plus a dedicated kids area, keeping everyone entertained and feeling great in the great outdoors.

Accommodating all, the festival also offers a range of camping options, including pitch and park and live-in vehicle areas for RV’s of every size. Guests can also take advantage of a luxury boutique camping experience in a bell tent, airstream trailer or Bow Top caravan, and make The Long Road a home away from home for the weekend.

With even more to be announced over the coming months, Weekend tickets are already selling fast with Super Early Bird, Early Bird, and Tier 3 tickets already sold out. Tier 4 Weekend tickets will be on sale from 9am on Friday 3rd March.
