Taylor Swift confirms she will be performing at the ACM Awards for the first time in 7 years

Taylor Swift might be a successful pop star, but her roots are firmly planted in Country music, and the singer has just released her fantastic album 'Folklore'.
Now, Taylor who has also released her single 'Betty', has confirmed she will be performing at the ACM Awards on Wednesday, for the first time in a massive seven years!
Sharing a promotional video for the event, Taylor said, 'Bout to show up at your party @ACMawards'.
Taylor's announcement has caused ripples of excitement amongst her fans, with many leaving comments such as, 'betty isnt just a song, it’s a lifestyle, a reason to breathe, an escape from this cruel world filled with thieves. it’s art, the first gift you open on christmas, a hug from a loved one, everything you’ve ever wanted, everything you’ve ever needed.' (sic)
Another fan said, 'QUEEN YES I AM SO EXCITED'.
Taylor has previously indirectly confirmed the name of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' third child is in the lyrics of 'Betty'.
Explaining on an American radio station, that the names used in 'Betty' refer to Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' children, James, and Inez, she also indirectly confirmed that Betty is the name of the couple's third child, who was born in October 2019.
Taylor is no stranger to the awards having won ACM's Entertainer of the Year Award twice, and nine awards in total.
