Shania Twain is best known for her hits 'Don’t Be Stupid', 'That Don't Impress Me Much', and 'Man! I Feel Like a Woman!', but it seems that the Country music star has been working incredibly hard during the Coronavirus lockdown, writing enough new music for three albums!
The singer had been set to continue her Let's Go! Las Vegas residency this year, but with all plans on hold, she's been working on a lot of new music. Speaking to ABC's Live with Kelly and Ryan, Shania said, "I mean, I've got a mountain of songs now. You know, COVID has lasted so much longer than any of us expected, so I have enough music for three albums now."
She added, "I just keep writing and writing and writing and writing. Yeah, it's good. I have been very productive."
When Coronavirus hit earlier this year, Shania had to stop her residency, but she's admitted she's ready to get back, saying, "Well, I'm waiting to get back to Vegas onstage at Zappos. I've been waiting like everybody else for the 'OK' to get back in the room, you know? So, I'm on standby, and writing music."
Shania already has five studio albums under her belt starting with her self-titled album 'Shania Twain', in 1993, continuing up until 'Now' released in 2017. And with the possibility of another three in the pipeline there is a lot of excitement amongst the singer's fans.
This news comes at the same time Shania celebrates 25 years since she released her breakthrough album 'The Woman In Me'. Telling her fans on Instagram she said, 'Let's party like it's 1995 🎉 #TheWomanInMe: Diamond Edition is out NOW!'.
