Rascal Flatts announce their 'Farewell' tour

Rascal Flatts have announced their 'Farewell Life Is A Highway Tour' leaving many of their fans stunned. Sharing the artwork on Instagram, Gary LeVox, Joe Don Rooney and Jay De Marcus, told their fans they were celebrating the last two decades of working together. The tour will see them performing at several dates across the US and Canada, starting in Indianapolis in June and continuing until October.
The band told their fans, 'When we started out 20 years ago, we could not imagine all of the people, places and gifts we would encounter. As we head out on the Rascal Flatts Farewell - Life is A Highway Tour, there is no sadness. Just new chapters, new journeys, and new beginnings. This year, and this tour, is all about YOU. Fans have been quick to comment on the news telling the band how much they love them. One fan told them, 'I'm so sad to see this. You are the band that made me a country music fan. Feels like today was the first cd I ever bought, Bless the Broken Road was the first song I ever loved, and you were my first concert. I'll see you in Irvine in October!', with another one saying, 'ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ My first country concert and so many memories every year!'. sic
Rascal Flatts consist of lead vocalist Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus on bass guitar, and Joe Don Rooney on guitar and banjo. The band formed in 1999 and have had huge success in the US Country music chart, selling more than sold more than 23 million albums.
Announcing the surprise news on TV in America, the band said they hadn't really had a break in 20 years, and while it was "goodbye", they didn't write off working together again. They went on to confirm that none of them were sick, but it's tough having continuous hits, sometimes competing against themselves.
The band went on to confirm that they do have new music and surprises for their fans coming this year.
