As part of this year's huge 100th birthday celebrations, the Grand Ole Opry announced it would bring its live show to London — and boy was it a night to remember! On Friday 26th September, the iconic country show took to the Royal Albert Hall, with special guests Luke Combs, Ashley McBryde, Carly Pearce, Darius Rucker and Marty Stuart.

Hosted by Grand Ole Opry Announcer Kelly Sutton, the event saw the show that 'made country music famous' make its international debut.

As well as the incredible line-up mentioned above, the once-in-a-lifetime show also featured UK artists such as Mumford & Sons and Breabach — bringing music from both sides of the pond together for a real celebration of country music history.

The one-off Grand Ole Opry: Live In London is one of a number of events which have been taking place throughout the year, to mark 100 years since the world-famous radio programme began in downtown Nashville. The historic show is also seeing 100 Opry debuts throughout the year, new merchandise (including a book) and the Opry 100 Honors show series.
