Gabby Barrett has scored her second consecutive number one hit with ‘The Good Ones’.

The country newcomer’s Platinum-certified single comes just under a year since her debut ‘I Hope’ also topped the Country charts.

This incredible form marks Gabby as the first female artist since Kelsea Ballerini to reach number one on the Country Airplay chart.

Kelsea achieved a number one hit with her debut single ‘Love Me Like You Mean It’ in 2015 before continuing the winning streak in September of the same year.

Gabby’s year continues to get better, as she was named the ACM 2021 New Female Artist of the Year earlier this month.

Gabby told Billboard, "I did not think the past week could have been any more amazing, but to have the No. 1 song feels like the cherry on top.”

Gabby has previously said that 'The Good Ones' was inspired by her husband, who she used to refer to as 'a good one, a keeper'. The singer met her husband and fellow country artist Cade Foehner when they were both contestants on American Idol in 2018. In January 2021, the couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl called Baylah May.

Gabby will be performing at the 2021 ACM Awards in Nashville on Sunday 18th April.
