Dolly Parton confirms she DOES have some hidden tattoos

Country music legend Dolly Parton has confirmed that she does indeed have some hidden tattoos. The singer has been rumoured to have tattoos for a while now, however other than Jay Leno, no one else appears to have caught a glimpse of the '9 to 5' singer's inkings.

Now, in a recent podcast interview Dolly has revealed that she does indeed have some tattoos and explains why. Telling podcast host Jad Abumrad, "I have a few tattoos on my body. They are not meant to be tattoos for the sake of tattoos."

The singer explained that she scars easily due to her fair skin, so they were originally done to, "cover up the scarring."

She went on to explain, "But I'm not tattooed all over like a bikewoman or anything." Adding that they're, "very delicate," pastel-coloured, rather than dark designs.

Dolly continued, "I have some butterflies, I have some lace and some little bows — a couple things like that."

However, the music legend didn't go into any significance of the inkings, or reveal where they were.
