Dolly Parton announces special fan event to launch 'Rockstar'
It's coming to a cinema near you
Country legend turned rock icon Dolly Parton is set to release her first rock album next month, and to celebrate the release of 'Rockstar', the singer has now announced a worldwide fan event.
Taking to Instagram, Dolly has revealed that fans will get the chance to listen to her new album in cinemas across the world on 15th November, while watching never before seen footage, two days ahead of the album's release.
Sharing a video promoting the event, Dolly wrote: 'To celebrate the launch of ‘ROCKSTAR’, I am announcing a first-listen fan event in movie theaters and cinemas worldwide on Nov 15, with select encores on Nov 16! 🎸⭐️ You will hear full songs from the new album for the first time ever and see footage you’ve never seen before. Tickets are on sale now! Go get yours at www.dollyrockstarevent.com ❤️ A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will benefit @musicwill and their global partner organizations.' (sic)

According to Trafalgar Releasing, the event will include: 'Selections from the album and an exclusive interview with Dolly.
'The behind the album event will feature a sneak peek of select tracks and music videos from the upcoming album set to release on November 17th. Plus an exclusive performance of a holiday song and her classic hit '9 to 5'.'

Dolly Parton's album 'Rockstar' will be released on 17th November, and features a huge list of guest artists, including Bon Jovi legend Richie Sambora, Fleetwood Mac’s Stevie Nicks and Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, to name just a few.
