It's been a long 14 years for Dixie Chicks' fans who have been waiting for new music, but finally the country music stars have released a comeback single called 'Gaslighter'. 'Gaslighter' is the first song to be released from the band's upcoming fifth album of the same name, which is set for release on 1st May 2020.
The song has been described as a 'punchy, power-anthem' and the music video matches that description too. Using old black and white footage, interspersed with clips of the band singing to camera, the video shows the strength of women throughout the centuries, with the unbreakable bond they create through any misfortunes life throws at them.
