- COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN
The prize winner will be those persons who texts in to the studio during the Country Christmas Bangers Segment.
The winner and runners up will be drawn at random electronically after that day’s Country Christmas Bangers segment.
Only one entry per day per person.
- ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS
All entries are via text into the studio by texting the word COUNTRY and your name to 64100
Texts are charged at your standard network rate.
- DATES
Start Date and End Date
There will be one contest round each day From 09:00am Tuesday 1st December until 21:00 Sunday 20th December
Votes only count during the Country Christmas Banger Segment (this will consist of 2 or more Country Christmas songs in a row)
Entries received before the Start Date and time or after the End Date and time will be invalid.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be contacted directly via the phone number supplied when texting in to the studio.
- ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.
• Bauer Media employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.

Winners will receive a pair (two tickets) to a show of their choice to see Brothers Osborne on their UK tour at either:

The prize does not include travel expenses.
A Pair of Tickets to The Long Road Festival 2021 (14th - 20th December 2020)
Winners will receive a pair of general admission tickets to The Long Road Festival September 2021. These tickets include access to the weekend of entertainment on 11th & 12th September 2021.
The prize does not include travel or accommodation.
We are not responsible for any aspect of the Prizes, including unsatisfactory quality, if an of the events is rescheduled/cancelled or late delivery.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry or text STOP if entering via SMS. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS.
By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.
- MISCELLANEOUS.
a) Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.
b) One entry per person
c) If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
d) The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
e) You are responsible for all costs of entry.
f) As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.
We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
