MAFS UK 2022 set to be 'best series of reality TV ever'
Paul C Brunson has spoken!
After E4 bosses decided to follow the same format as the Australian version for the first time last year, fans across the nation were hooked on Married At First Sight UK, but now it sounds like the new series could be ever better!
Just moments after bosses teased the brand new series with an exciting advert, relationship expert Paul Carrick Brunson took to social media to revealed he's never been more excited for the 2022 series to land.
Paul went on to dub the upcoming series the 'best series of reality TV love/relationship content ever produced'.
He said: 'Personally, I've never been more excited to watch a TV project I've worked on than this upcoming series of @e4mafsuk.
'In every way, we've become better - from the diversity of the cast (in age, geography, political beliefs, socioeconomic, sexuality, and race), visually the director has delivered cinematic brilliance, and the experts are stronger than before in our analysis and coaching. The production team worked their a--es off and delivered at the highest level.

Back in May, relationship expert Mel Schilling announced filming was well underway for the new series.
Speaking to Digital Spy at the time, she said: "Oh my gosh. We are in the process of filming. It's so exciting. You know, all of those love bombs that were dropped in the last season, we are upping the ante this season.
"There's more diversity, there's more interesting matches and surprising matches, more drama that is totally unanticipated, it just bubbles to the surface."
Explaining how the experts struggle to predict the drama, Mel added: "I find every season, it happens both ways where there's a couple where we think 'Oh, this is going to be the next love story' and then they fall to pieces.
"And vice versa, there's a couple where we think, 'Oh, there's gonna be fireworks' and they absolutely love each other. I think that's what keeps us coming back."
Check out which MAFS UK couples are still together:
Adam and Tayah - ENGAGED
Adam and Tayah proved love at first sight most definitely IS a thing! These two immediately hit it off on their wedding day, with the pair even saying the L word on their honeymoon.
After zero issues throughout the process, viewers were over the moon when Adam proposed to Tayah for real during their final vow renewal.
Since the final episode, Adam and Tayah have been very loved-up on socials, and the couple welcomed their first child together in October 2022, a baby girl called Beau Emily Aveling.
Daniel and Matt - SPLIT
Despite seemingly falling for each other very quickly, Daniel and Matt had their struggles due to Matt living in Leeds and Daniel being from Northern Ireland. The pair remained together during the final vow renewal, and appeared seriously loved-up on social media, even looking to move in together in 2022.
Sadly, Matt and Dan took to their socials in December 2022 to reveal that they had split, admitting that they were better as friends, and that the split was amicable.
Luke and Morag - SPLIT
It's safe to say Luke and Morag didn't get off to the best start during the MAFS process. After Morag confessed she didn't find her husband attractive, the couple struggled with intimacy.
However, by the end of the process, Luke and Morag had seemingly found a spark, with the pair choosing to stay together during the final vow renewal.
Despite this, the pair confirmed during the reunion show they'd split up, with Morag admitting Luke hadn't phoned her since the process ended. However, Luke later said it was because Morag still didn't care for him.
Marilyse and Franky - SPLIT
These two shocked viewers during the final vow renewal when they revealed their true feelings for each other, with Franky even admitting he was ready to move back to the UK from Dubai.
Franky later gushed about his girl on social media, admitting he'd moved to the same town as Marilyse and met her children.
However, on Friday 8th October, the pair both released statements confirmed they'd split. They remain good friends.
Josh and Amy - SPLIT
There's no denying the fact that Josh and Amy had a whirlwind experience during the MAFS experiment. After the pair had initial doubts over their age-gap, the couple experienced a number of fiery arguments and disagreements.
However, by the end of the process the pair seemed closer than ever, with Josh opening up about his feelings towards Amy during the final vow renewal.
The pair have been pretty quiet on social media since the final and during the reunion show they confirmed they are no longer together.
Although E4 bosses haven't yet revealed a start date for the new series, instead just saying 'coming soon', fans will be pleased to know there's also a reunion show airing very soon!
Dubbed Married At First Sight: One Year On, the one-off show will update viewers on what happened with the couples once the cameras stopped rolling in 2021.
The episode will feature Amy Christophers, Morag Crichton, Megan Wolfe, Bob Voysey, as well as controversial contestant Nikita Jasmine, and couples Adam Aveling and Tayah Victoria, and Daniel McKee and Matt Jameson.
Married At First Sight: One Year On is expected to air this month, with the new series due shortly after.
