Love Island's Casa Amor villa is a fan favourite and an iconic staple of each series of the hit ITV2 dating show. The girls are currently living in Casa Amor, where they have got to know a series of new boys, whilst the boys meet new girls in the main villa - providing the ultimate test for the couples.
However, a former Love Island star has now revealed that the second villa has another important use before we see it on our screens. Telling OK! about Casa Amor's different purpose, series eight star Luca Bish said: "That villa where Casa the girls are and where you can literally look across.
"It used to be the paramedic kind of thing", Luca said as he explained that the villa was used as a base for the on-site medical team to stay and treat anyone who fell ill.
Luca also added that Casa Amor was also where Islanders got ready before making their big entrance on the show.
He said: "Before we did our walk-ins, that's where we got our hair, makeup, whatever done. I got nothing done, obviously.
"It is quite a small villa, nice pool though. I always said, 'Oh, I wonder if this is going to be Casa. They used my idea, you know."
Last night's (4th July) episode saw Sammy kiss both Gabby and Amber after feeling conflicted about who he had a better connection with. Mitchel enjoyed a kiss with Abi, whilst Montel locked lips with Tink.
Meanwhile, in Casa Amor, Ella grew closer to Ouzy and Whitney and Lochan shared a kiss.
The Islanders then received a text, informing them that the girls in Casa Amor and the boys in the main villa will have to decide whether to stay in their original couple or choose someone new.
