When did filming take place?

Taking to Instagram in January 2024. Lily shared several photos of her holding the script for the new season, writing: 'Did someone say Saison Quatre?! Finally reunited with my @emilyinparis fam back in Paris and it feels so good. Although, I may need to brush up on my selfie skills for Emily’s sake…'.

She also shared a close up of her top, which is a deep blue colour covered with a pattern made up of the Eiffel Tower. The last slide was a video of herself taking a selfie.

Where is Emily in Paris season four set?

Despite Lily saying she's 'back in Paris', the majority of season four, part two is set in Italy.

The shock announcement was made by Lily in the video shared as part of Netflix's fan event Tudum, Lily said: "While Emily's heart will always stay true to Paris, her life takes some unexpected twists this season. Don't be surprised to find her on a Roman holiday."

This isn't the first time the show has ventured outside Paris, with Emily travelling briefly to France's beautiful St Tropez on the Mediterranean coast in a previous series.

During the video, Lily reminded viewers of how the last season ended, with all the drama of Camille's pregnancy, Alfie's heartbreak, Mindy's hope for Eurovision, and Gabriel's mission to get a Michelin star.

After Camille left Gabriel at the altar, fans were left wondering whether Emily and Gabriel would finally get back together. Will we find out in this season? Lily refused to reveal, saying: "Will Emily and Gabriel FINALLY get together? I wish I could tell you more, but you'll just have to wait to find out."

Lily has previously opened up about the future of Emily in Paris telling Entertainment Tonight: "I don't actually know much! (About season 4) I just know, obviously, the many cliffhangers, and there's multiple ways in which it could go. I just know that there's gonna be obviously more drama, more laughs and more fashion and more travel. I think, so I'm really excited."
