15th February 2025 marked five years since TV presenter Caroline Flack sadly passed away, after she tragically took her own life in her London flat. Caroline's mum Christine has now teamed up with Disney+ for a two-part documentary film, as she searches for answers about her daughter's tragic death.
After releasing the official trailer earlier this month, which shows Caroline's family visiting her memorial bench, the two-part doc is now available to stream.

What is it about?
Created by the team behind 2021 documentary Caroline Flack: Her Life and Death, the 2025 documentary will be told through the eyes of Caroline Flack’s mother, Christine, as she celebrates the life and career of the TV presenter and searches for answers surrounding her daughter’s death five years on.
The documentary will feature first hand testimony, among them Caroline’s family and friends, as Christine embarks on a journey to uncover the truth around the circumstances that led to Caroline tragically taking her own life in 2020.
Christine Flack said of the new doc: “I still have so many questions about what happened to Caroline in her final months, and it’s something I feel deeply compelled to explore, even though I know it will be challenging. I’m pleased to be working with the team at Curious Films once again, in the hope of bringing clarity and understanding to Carrie’s story – not just for her, but for everyone who cared about her.”

Caroline, famed for appearing on shows such as Love Island, The Xtra Factor and Strictly Come Dancing, tragically took her own life at the age of 40 in February 2020.
Her family released a statement at the time, saying: "We can confirm that our Caroline passed away today on the 15th February. We would ask that the press both respect the privacy of the family at this difficult time."
In the years since her passing, Caroline has been fondly remembered by her family, friends and former co-stars, with a festival called Flackstock set up in her memory, which promotes mental health awareness.
