Fans of American TV series Brooklyn Nine-Nine will be super happy to hear that season 6 of the show will be coming to Netflix in the UK.

Earlier today, Netflix tweeted fans confirming the release date for the new season saying, 'you, for the last year: OK BUT WHAT ABOUT B99 s6?! us, finally: March 28'. sic So get your diaries out and block out the weekend ready to binge-watch.

Fans have been quick to comment on the exciting news, with one saying, 'Finally!!' and another saying, 'YESSS'. However others were asking when they can expect season 7, which has just started to air in the US, to which Netflix just replied, 'Don't'.

Last year Brooklyn Nine-Nine fans were so desperate for another series to arrive, that Netflix tried to explain their efforts to get the series added to the platform.

Thankfully, we don't have wait too long now for season 6 to arrive here in the UK as it will be added at the end of March. This news comes just over a year after the streaming service confirmed that Brooklyn Nine-Nine season 5 would be available to watch.

Unbelievably Brooklyn Nine-Nine is now onto its seventh season, despite originally being axed after season 5. Luckily for fans, after a massive outpouring of support from fans, the series was quickly picked up by another production company, who have now made two more seasons.
