BGT winner Sydnie Christmas hits back at 'fix' claims
She won the show with 27.2% of the vote

The 17th series of Britain's Got Talent came to an end on Sunday night (2nd June), with singer Syndie Christmas being crowned the first-female winner since 2015, with a cool 27.2% of the final vote.
Following her incredible rendition of 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow', the 28-year-old blew the judges and studio audience away with her vocals, going on to beat Jack Rhodes who finished as runner-up.
Despite her amazing performance, a number of BGT viewers called her victory a 'fix', due to the running-order on the night of the final, where she was last to perform.
Speaking to OK! Magazine after picking her up £250,000 prize money, she said: "It wouldn't have mattered if I'd gone first. I don't know what to say, soul destroying isn't it?
“It's difficult, it takes it away from how hard the journey was or how rewarding the success is.
"They just think that, 'Oh, it's obvious it was given to her.' It really wasn't. I had to graft. I had to really graft and believe and want.
"I'm focusing on the people that did support me because I owe it all to them, without them it wouldn't have happened.”

Sydnie was first introduced to Britain's Got Talent fans during the show's opening weekend, when THREE Golden Buzzers were pressed by the judges and hosts Ant and Dec.
Whilst Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and Ant and Dec used their Golden Buzzers, it was Amanda's choice which really left an impact on viewers at home, with singer Sydnie showing off her incredible vocals and personality.
Despite music mogul Simon Cowell not being overly impressed by her song choice of 'Tomorrow' from the Annie musical, Sydnie blew both the judges and the audience away with her performance, with fans going on to predict she would win the show.
After seeing her audition, Amanda said: "Sydnie I think for me, what struck me so much about you is how naturally funny, how brilliant, how warm your presence was the minute you walked on the stage.
"How you were entertaining everyone but then you brought us the most heartfelt, beautiful version of that song, and that was the best version I’ve heard in my life."
Alesha added: "You are full of character, personality, you’ve got it all going on. Say no more, girl! Smashed it, let’s have it!"

Norwegian comedian Viggo Venn won the 2023 series of Britain's Got Talent with his high vis jacket inspired routine. He said he was happy to have captured 'Simon's heart' as well as the nation's.
Sydnie Christmas
Sydnie Christmas won the 2024 series of Britain's Got Talent, the singer who dreams of performing on the West End told Ant and Dec: "I cannot believe the amount of love that I've felt since it aired. I am overwhelmed with love and it is the most amazing thing.
"And I wish for one day that every single person in this room feels the way I do one day with this love. It's amazing, thank you so much!"
Speaking to hosts Ant and Dec following her victory on Sunday night, Sydie said: "I cannot believe the amount of love that I felt.
"Oh my God. I am overwhelmed with love, it's the most amazing thing and I wish for one day that every single person in this room feels the way I do right now with this love. Thank you so much!"
