Niall Horan has begun his 'Dinner Party Live on Tour' 🎶
He's paid tribute to Liam Payne
Last updated 23rd Sep 2026
Following the release of his single ‘Dinner Party’ earlier this year, and the announcement of his fourth solo album - which is out now, Niall Horan announced a tour, which started on Tuesday 22nd September.
The singer made some guest appearances on stage earlier this year, however it was back in 2024 that he last toured the UK as part of ‘The Show Live On Tour’.
Tribute to Liam Payne
During the opening night of his tour in Birmingham, Niall paid tribute to his late One Direction bandmate Liam Payne. At the end of his 'End of an Era' performance, Niall shared a clip of Liam saying: "We thought something might happen, but never anything like this. I was trying to remind myself of where I come from and where I managed to get to in my life. It’s amazing really."

Niall kicked off his tour in style with a massive 24 songs on his setlist. You can see his full setlist and photos from his Birmingham gig here.
How did he announce the tour?
Niall started to tease his fans on Monday 23rd March, with a post which read ‘DINNER PARTY LIVE ON TOUR ! LEG 1: IRELAND, UK & EUROPE. DATES TOMORROW’, accompanied by a video which showed the singer getting ready for a dinner party as his song plays in the background. Just as he’s rocking out to his song there’s a knock at the door…
The announcement of this tour came a few days after the release of Niall’s song ‘Dinner Party’, which was inspired by the first time he met his girlfriend Amelia Woolley.
Back in March, in an interview with Garry Spence, Niall revealed he is looking forward to getting back on tour, but joked he'll have to get fitter! He told Garry: "I'm going to try and get into some sort of shape.
"I didn't have a drink in January and most of February and I got into alright nick, but I think this is my last chance at trying to get into good nick because I'm 33 now, at my next birthday, so it's probably just downhill isn't it!"
Just a couple of day ahead of the tour kicking off in Birmingham, Niall took to his socials to share some photos telling his fans: 'rehearsals finished. see you tuesday birmingham ❤️'. (sic)
Fans reacted with excitement writing comments such as: 'Oh dude this is gonna be magical 🥹🤩', another said: 'the heart in the last slide, bet the stage looks so cute 😭❤️'. (sic)
One more commented: 'cant believe tour start in 2 days!! feels unreal 🥹'. (sic)
