Becky Hill has returned with another banger in the shape of 'Indestructible', with drum ‘n’ bass icon Andy C. The song is the latest to be released ahead of her first arena tour, due to take place in October.
Both Becky and Andy have been playing their new song at festivals this summer, so if you've been lucky enough to see them live you're likely to have already heard the tune, with it's thumping beat and Becky's distinctive vocals.
Written by Becky nearly a decade ago, the song is the duo's first release together, speaking about their collab, Becky Hill said: "Andy C has always been a hero of mine! He was one of my guests for my podcast, The Art Of Rave, and is one of the drum 'n' bass greats who was still on my hit list to work with.
"Well now, I finally have a tune with him and its massive. I wrote this record when I was 21 and Andy sent it back to me nine years later! I’m very excited for this one to come out, especially with the one and only Executioner!!!"
Andy C also said: "It’s an honour to finally work on a tune with Becky. Her incredible voice and lyrics convey the feeling of unity in our scene... 'How did we end up here, look how far we’ve come', say it all… it sums up my relationship with DnB, how popular the genre is right now as well as how huge Becky’s career is."
He continued: "It’s just so magical. This has been a huge part of my set over the last 12 months and the amount of messages I get for it are insane! I’m so proud that Becky and I are finally seeing it released to the world!"
Over the summer Becky has been performing at festivals where she recently brought out 00s pop icon Natasha Bedingfield to perform a mash-up of 'Gecko (Overdrive)', and Daniel Bedingfield's song 'Gotta Get Thru This'.
In just a few weeks, Becky will embark on her biggest UK arena tour, performing at arenas across the country including Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow and London.
