It looks like the drama surrounding former Love Island star Laura Anderson and actor Gary Lucy is showing no signs of slowing down...

Last week, fans were overjoyed for the pair when Laura announced she was expecting a baby with Gary, but just hours later the former Hollyoaks actor confirmed to a newspaper that the pair had actually split.

After Laura then edited her announcement post to remove all trace of Gary, she later shared a statement denying the claims she wanted him to move to Scotland, and now she's revealed more about the sticky subject.

Taking part in a Q&A with fans on her Instagram Story on Thursday 23rd February, Laura didn't hold back, giving a lot of honest answers about the drama surrounding herself and Gary, and her pregnancy so far.

Check out the questions asked and Laura's honest answers below:

Were you trying or was it a surprise?

"It was actually planned, and it worked first time."

Are you on good terms with Gary?

"Definitely not."

Is there any chance that you and Gary can get back together?

"No!"

Do you and Gary have a plan of how co-parenting is going to look with it being long distance?

"Not yet, no, but hopefully once the baby is here."

Will Gary's children be part of the baby's life?

"One million percent. Me and Gary's ex-wife Natasha have already spoken about this, and we are very excited for them to be half brother/sister."

Why's baby not baby Lucy anymore and now baby Anderson?

"I haven't changed the babies name, the baby isn't here yet so they don't have a name. It's not something that has been decided yet so I thought it would be better to have bubba/baby until the decision is made.

"It's 2023 guys and we are not married and I'm just not really sure what the right thing to do is just yet."

Why did you and Gary break up?

"I really don't want to get into this, there's loads of reasons you know, the truth always come out in the end, whatever.

"But I did DEFINITLY NOT tell Gary to move to Scotland."

Have you and Gary fallen out since the announcement?

"We agreed to announce the pregnancy together and he wanted to be involved in the video, but he didn't share it that day, which was difficult. Then that evening in the press he said that we'd broken up, even though he'd told me not to tell anyone we'd broken up quite a while before that."

How many weeks pregnant are you?

"I'm around 14 weeks which is around the start of your second trimester. I wasn't actually ready to share my pregnancy if I'm honest, but somebody leaked it to the press when I was only eight weeks.

"Luckily they aren't allowed to share anything until you're 12 weeks legally, so I just tried to get in their before they did, so I did sort of have to say something when I was quite early basically."

When did you find out you were pregnant?

"Oh my goodness, so early! I found out the day of my missed period. I took a test and it was very faint, early in the morning, and I was like 'Is that? OMG'."

Will you find out the sex of your baby or keep it a secret?

"So I already know the sex, I did the eight week DNA test. I definitely will share it with you guys, I just don't know when at the minute. It's really exciting, it's really nice, and I keep slipping up so I need to be careful."

Despite Laura saying the above, Gary announced the news on Thursday 23rd March that the pair were expecting a baby girl.

Sharing a clip art saying 'Daddy's Girl' alongside the baby scan, the former Hollyoaks actor wrote: 'Thanks for all the lovely messages from everyone… so excited to meet my little baby bear soon!'.

Gary then wrote: 'For every that's ben asking... Let's hope she inherits her mummy's looks'. (sic)

Do you have any names in mind for bump?

"Yes, there was a lot of baby names flying around and then we chose one after finding out the sex. I think that's going to go ahead. I can't say anything else."
