It's been six months since Cheryl gave birth to her baby boy Bear Grey Payne with her boyfriend Liam Payne and now the singer has given her first TV interview since the new chapter started in her life.

Cheryl appeared on a pre-recorded interview on This Morning and she spilled the beans about her beauty secrets and how they have changed since becoming a mum.

Revealing her entire regime 'went out of the window' when baby Bear arrived, Cheryl admitted she's only recently found the time to wear make-up again and found it 'strange' a few weeks ago when she went out for dinner with Liam.

Cheryl also revealed she felt sad taking off her make-up after red carpet events!

This Morning also asked the new mum if she prefers lullabies or lipstick... with Cheryl quickly responding with "lullabies". However the 34-year-old then joked, "Maybe lullabies, wearing lipstick?".

Cheryl revealed her biggest tip for mums with little time is to bath in coconut oil! Admitting she uses it for everything, Cheryl said she finds it great for her skin.

Fans of the former Girls Aloud star have been waiting a while to see their idol back on TV and got very excited last month when Rylan Clark-Neal confirmed the interview. He explained, "Cheryl has gone back to work she's shooting her new L’Oreal advert and This Morning were there. Cheryl rang us up and said come along, 'I’ll give you my only TV interview".

The interview comes after Cheryl made her first public appearance earlier in the month at the Game 4 Grenfell with her friend and former Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts.

Fans went wild earlier in the year when Cheryl and Liam confirmed they'd welcomed baby Bear into the world. After months of speculation that Cheryl was pregnant, the couple announced their happy news in two super cute posts on Instagram.

Sharing a photo of baby Bear resting on Liam's chest, Cheryl wrote, 'On Wednesday 22nd March Liam and I became parents to an incredibly beautiful, healthy baby boy, weighing 7lb 9 and looking like a dream. Although he still doesn't have a name he is already stealing hearts. We are all madly in love and overwhelmingly happy with our little arrival. Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers around the world. A day that now has a different meaning to me forever đź’™'.

Sharing the same image, One Direction star Liam also wrote a cute message. He said, 'My close friends and family know there are very few times when I'm left speechless... wow! I'm incredibly happy to welcome our new baby boy into the world, it's a moment that I will never forget for the rest of my life and my favourite memory I have so far.'

'I'm completely in awe of his incredible mother and how she has been the whole way through this, she's really made my dreams come true. We haven't named him yet but he's already capturing hearts including mine. I feel very blessed.'

Since the birth, both Cheryl and Liam have kept photos of the little one to a minimum, with Liam only sharing snaps of Bear's hands and feet.

And it looks like the famous couple are set to keep their son private, as Liam said, "We take a million pictures all the time. It's something we've had to learn quickly as parents, how to take quick pictures. We have some lovely pictures, but they are lovely pictures for us."

Before Cheryl returned to work, the happy couple enjoyed their first family holiday together out in Majorca and they weren't shy in sharing photos, including THAT one of Cheryl showing off her incredible post-baby body.

Speaking about the photo, Liam admitted he thinks Cheryl is 'superwoman', with fan account Cheriam News reporting he said, "She's like superwoman, I can't believe it! She's done so well and she's really happy with herself. She's been working hard and if you work hard you get what you want."

With Liam being a busy boy promoting his solo music, the singer missed his first Father's Day back in June as he was out in America working. Proving she's a great girlfriend, Cheryl sent Liam a VERY fitting gift from baby Bear.

It is now being reported that Cheryl is working on her fifth solo album. After Cheryl and her fellow Girls Aloud friends decided to leave the band after their last tour in 2013, the mum-of-one worked hard on her solo material and currently holds the record for being the most successful British solo female artist alongside Jess Glynne.

Cheryl has racked up five UK number ones including the tracks, 'Fight For This Love', 'Promise This', 'Call My Name', 'Crazy Stupid Love' and 'I Don't Care'.
