With just two more episodes to go of Davina McCall's hit new dating show My Mum, Your Dad, connections are growing stronger in the retreat, as the cast open up and prepare to take the next steps in their relationships.
But whilst couples like Natalie and Paul, Janey and Roger, and Sharon and Elliot seem to be locked in, the love square between Tollulah, Martin M, Monique, and Martin H continued during Wednesday night's (20th September) episode.
Despite enjoying a date and sharing a kiss with 56-year-old Martin H during Tuesday night's episode, much to the delight of their kids Jessica and Georgia, 50-year-old Tolullah chose to follow her heart last night, telling the former basketball player that she felt she had a stronger connection with property developer Martin M.
Ahead of their conversation, the group took part in an emotional workshop where they were each given a 'meaningful' word by their kids, unbeknownst to them.
When Martin H got the word 'deserving', he emotionally said: "My word is deserving. I want to go forward, I don't want to look back. The Martin I can see in the future is deserving.
"I will always first and foremost be a dad, I believe I've done it well, they all seem to like me, but I came in here with some doubts about myself. I have a catalogue of failed relationship including a 25 year marriage.
"I'm always going to be told no and be the kid who doesn't get the girl. But I've now learned maybe I am worthy."
Upon seeing Martin H open up, and later getting his heart broken by Tollulah, viewers of the show took to social media to express their heartbreak for the sports presenter.
One wrote: 'Honestly this guy is something else. His emotional intelligence and grace is next level. Martin you are so deserving of love and more. Keep being you'. (sic)
Another commented: 'Martin H deserves someone special. How can these ladies not see the man that he is. The fact that he is an amazing dad and loves his kids says it all. He is a gentle giant and there is definitely someone out there for him he is a true gentleman'. (sic)
A third wrote: 'I really hope Martin H comes out and realises how much the whole country loves him!!! What a genuine, lovely guy ❤️', with a fourth adding: 'I guarantee you that for Martin H there is someone super special outside of this show ! These women clearly didn’t see what we all see! I hope there will be some reunion and we will see him happiest ever! ❤️ go on Martin H!'. (sic)

As viewers will know, after cooling things off with Martin H, design consultant Tolullah chose to express her feelings towards Martin M, however, things didn't exactly go to plan when the 52-year-old admitted he had a stronger connection with Monique.
